• Although we may not be applying rocket-science, the methodology we use is generally not applied as standard in the companies we visit (for example, placing clamp-on measurements to measure where energy is going at the user level or establishing performance criteria prior to an improvement project).
• We are “not hindered by any prior knowledge”. We look at a situation with fresh eyes. We do not see the gradual changes that have been implemented over the years, but can only see the overall efficiency. As it is now.
